Duo Substitutes
How Duo Substitutes work.
If your duo partner cannot play due to a temporary absence, you can request a substitute.
This will be a new player in your duo, but statistics and match results will be for the substitute rather than the original player. This means if you complete a match with a substitute, the match will be shown as a win for the substitute, and the original player will not be credited with a win.
Duo Substitutes are not available for open qualifier events.
Duo substitutes are not given out freely.
How to request a substitute
To request a substitute, please open a ticket on our Discord server and mention the original player. We will then review the request and either approve or deny it.
